Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped or produced.

Returns

Oils (Essential, Carrier, or Massage Oils)

We accept returns for oils within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (No restocking fee will be applied.)

Gummies, Vitamins & Supplements

Please note: We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for gummies, vitamins, or dietary supplements due to safety and hygiene reasons.
