We accept cancellations only before the item has been shipped or produced. If the order is canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Customers will only be charged shipping once (including returns). No restocking fee will be applied.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Refunds will be credited to the bank account or card used at the time of purchase. An email confirmation with the refund amount will be sent to you once it’s processed.
