At Lucessentia, we strive to deliver our premium Botanical products to you in the most efficient and reliable manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Weekend/Holiday Policy: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: (5–7 Business Days) — FREE for all orders of $99.00 and up
  • Calculated Shipping: For orders under $99.00, real-time USPS rates will be applied at checkout based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: (2–3 Business Days) — $30

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lucessentia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Issues

While risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is transferred to the carrier, we are committed to ensuring you receive your premium products. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@lucessentia.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item and all original packaging.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates as we expand our shipping capabilities to other regions.
